Payed a deposit as Holly was demanding it, Booked a treatment, went on the day (30mins journey wasted) and then a woman inside the building told me that Holly is not here, rang atleast 10 times and she wouldn?t answer. She Replied back the following day saying she had personal issues (which may have been true)So she rebooked it, this time the day before the appointment i tried confirming with her as I didn?t want a dead journey, to my surprise she didn?t answer or reply back until the day after the appointment, again she rebooked it and then i said i just want the money refunded, since then she disappeared. She doesn?t reply to my texts/calls. I can provide proof of communication if anyone wants to see it/thinks i am lying.Pathetic service, i don?t know if this business is separate to hers or if they are all in it together, but i have been chasing her up for a refund to which i have been unsuccessful.Btw the first treatment i had was at her home address, the second time i booked her she was located at this business premises, since its a 30 min journey from my place, i dont want to drive all that way to knock at her home address for the sake of £20. But its not about the money, its about the principles. I hope no one else has been stung or taken for a fool like the way i have.

Booked, payed deposit, appointment been 3 x cancelled by massage therapist, she don't give deposit back, holding it months. She been cancelled every each appointment màde before 3 or 4 times. For some appointments she asked deposit twice .....
