Went in to discuss my nailsWas told to make an appointment on line asked for some advise and told they don't do soke offs. Girl was very unhelpful and I won't be spending my hard earned cash. If I could of given minus stars it would be minus ?

My experience here was bad. SomeOf the staff are extremely rude & unprofessional. I was told to take out cash at the cash point due to the payment link not working and because it took longer than 5 minutes my mother was receiving messages with threats, accusing me of leaving without paying. I suffer with extreme anxiety and was made to feel really uncomfortable & upset. Definitely would not recommend!Service: Manicure

Recently did my BIAB training with Lux Beauty and I?ve got to say they are fantastic! I highly recommend these wonderful ladies for training and treatments. I have learnt so much and gained so much confidence with Lux and the beautiful Chantelle.Can?t wait for the next one!

Lux is amazing!! I literally can't even begin toexpress how amazing the girls are at LUX. i'vedone a lot of training courses with them Alongwith having my lashes and nails done loads oftimes and I've never been in a salon whereeveryone is so friendly and so welcoming!Everyone at LUX is lovely and I cannot thankcharlotte and chantelle enough for everything they do! Absolutely love this place so much I have done 4 course?s so far with them. Each and everyone who works here are so welcoming and friendly. I done the duo course for acrylic and gel. Then went on to do the efile and builder in a bottle course. If it wasn?t for the girls here I wouldn?t be where I am now, building my own business.The after care is amazing always someone to help answer questions and help guide you. Highly recommend.I also follow most on Instagram and the work they all produce is brilliant. I hope one day I will be as good as those who work at Lux but in the mean time I have all their help and support.Thank you ?

I was so pleased I chose Beth for my Wedding Day makeup, she was prompt and helpful and make myself and my bridal party feel totally at ease, needless to say we all looked stunning! Would highly recommend X

Training with Charlotte along side chantelle was such a good day. I felt super proud and confident once I left the building after my day course.They were always on hand to help and definitely perfectionists making sure you got the best result possible.Any questions I've had since the course they have always been on hand to help.can't wait to start creating more nails to build up my skills.Thank you ? Absolutely fabulous Salon. The girls are fantastic. The training didn't feel like training it was so relaxed it made me feel at ease. I've never had training the way Charlotte does it and it was honestly the best I've ever had. I would highly recommend Charlotte and her team to everyone. You won't be disappointed ??? xxx

I used only waxing services here. One star less for limited choice on bikini waxing. They do only the bikini line. Otherwise lovely lady providing the service.
