“I use this store regularly and find the staff very friendly and helpful I use the post office Which sometimes I have to wait a little for a staff member to finish serving customers in the shop area I don’t mind and feel thankful we have a local post office within the store Some people are so quick to complain about staff and service But they don’t look at the bigger picture The owners are running a business plus offering post office service Which they don’t have to offer but want to help local community especially the elderly customers who use the shop and post office on a daily basis Some people complain about the price of goods in the shop But they can’t compete with large supermarkets and we need to support small businesses in the area During lockdown these small businesses kept open and offered delivery services which was the only way some people could get goods Please support local businesses and think how hard they work to keep open during these difficult times”
