Useless pharmacy. Never have your order even when you've put it in the week before. And when you do go to collect it be prepared to wait anything from 20 mins to an hour. Staff are slow, and will stand chatting when there is a que out the door.

Shambles and not fit for purpose. Take so long I was concerned someone elderly was going to collapse in the queue, which went out the door. Staff ambling about with zero urgency. Blonde staff member tardy. Anyone unable to queue for excessive periods without a seat can not use this place.

Absolutely appalling pharmacy. Last month I was given antidepressants instead of my usual blood pressure medication eventhough it apparently was checked by two people before being dispensed. The printed label was correct but put on the wrong packet of tablets?? Luckily I noticed before I took any otherwise I could have ended up having a stoke or worse. This is the second time I have had problems at this pharmacy. No apology nothing from the incompetent staff. I won't be using them again and would not recommend anyone else using this pharmacy.

Since this pharmacy has been bought by new owners the service of the despencer is disgusting. Twice my mother has had medication missing. The despencer even refused to sent 1 tablet as said she had enough. Even though her GP had signed the prescription. I asked who was he to say who can and can't have medication. We are now changing pharmacys after years of using this 1. The girls like Becky and Sarah are lovely
