Ordered a Gplan recliner suite in order that it could be delivered via a narrow entrance.Assured by sales that the backs are removable. They are not and delivery men claim never to have seen this fastening before. Goods then delivered after they called someone else. Recliners opened and castor wheel pulled off the stems . Chairs then forced through door gap with fabric scraping the walls and castor wheel stems scratching the UVPC door frame and chipping an interior frame. Tried to call the Cannock store but call diverted to call centre. Just wasted over 20 minutes listening to music and assurances my call is important. It is not otherwise it would be answered promptly. Next stop will have to be a trip directly to the Cannock store with more time wasted. Do I recommend ScS? Absolutely not!

Went there yesterday walked in and there was a sign saying wait here so we did. 10 mins after lots of staff walking past not doing much somebody finally said we could go in. Didn't get asked if we needed any help or advice they completely ignored and avoided us but happily helped other people who came in after us. No prices on any of their sofas and when somebody finally asked us if we needed any help they didn't really seem interested in what we had to say to them, absolutely disgusting. Went to dfs straight after here and they were amazing very helpful and not pushing us for a sale you lost a customer there scs will never be retuning to your store again. And I suggest you teach all your staff customer service as yours was dreadfull

Bought a premium electric recliner sofa last summer which was delivered in september. Told by sales staff it would come apart for easy access, it didn't!! Struggled to get in and then found damage slice marks on the inner arm. 4 weeks to get someone out to look at it again told on order care team would only take a week or 2 to come out. 3 days after that visit the electrics failed and left sofa in open position.\\nYet again struggled to get anybody out and when they did they could not fix it. Weeks and weeks went by as head office were supposedly making a decision on what to do despite many phone calls trying to get a broken none usable sofa fixed.\\nIn the end i asked for a refund and to get the sofa taken away.\\n3 months later and many days wasted on the phone to customer services, It took an email to the chief executives office to finally get Cannock store manager to arrange collection even though he had been telling me i had to have replacement or credit note for broken sofa. But guess what a week after it was eventually collected still no money back because they forgot to process refund.\\nThis is the worst Sofa company and customer service i have ever had the misfortune to use and will never return as a customer.

Walked into the store and was greeted by very helpful salesman and i did highlight to him i was in a rush and couldnt be in store long. He showed my a fantastic 3 piece suite which i got 50% discount on. The whole transaction was done within half hour it was a good experience in store.. no sales pitches just friendly customer service. I would recommend the store to friends & family in the future.

Never buy a suite from here. The after care is abysmal. If you have a complaint no one helps you. If the complaint is ongoing they get some one else to see you. Wouldn't buy from them again.

Went to look for leather sofa. They quite expensive especially lazboy range. Sofa range don't look modern. If you look for traditional style, they have lot. The carpet have such a huge range. They do sell table and bed too but not huge range once a couple.
