After an argument with a truck resulted in damage to my Tesla it was sent to Shorade for repair. It took a long time to get booked in as my car was driveable so had no priority. The parts took a long time to arrive and so eventually my car got repaired.Shorade kept in touch the whole time, explaining the reasons for the delays (out of their hands). When the car was in for repair they kept me up to date. All of the staff are just lovely and obviously care about the level of service they give. Car was returned looking like new! Absalutely over the moon with it.Would happily recommend them and would definitely use them again (but hopefully won't need to!).

Had an accident in my car and Shorade were so efficient in getting everything over to my insurance. Lee the estimator explained exactly what was needed and my estimate was discussed before sending it over to my insurance.I can?t comment on their workmanship because unfortunately my car was written off. The customer service is exactly what you would expect from a company with such a good reputation.I wouldn?t hesitate to return should I be unfortunate enough to require their services again.

After being involved in a hit and run, Shorade's managed the entire claim for me, taking out the stress element of having to have my car repaired. After speaking with my insurers having confirmation of CCTV, Shorade estimated my vehicle and obtained the authority on my behalf. It was then as simple as dropping off my car and collecting a hire vehicle. My car was then repaired to an outstanding standard! Thank you Team Shorade :) A very happy customer :)

Excellent service from some very smart, pleasant and efficient staff, who appeared to actually care about you as a customer. Great facilities and attention to detail on my minor repair. Car was handed back to me fully valeted and spotless, Very pleased with the repair especially on my alloy wheel which has been made to look perfect. Thank you for all your time and effort.

Thanks to Lauren, Siobhan & the Shorade team for the repair to my Tesla. Although it took a little longer than I was expecting and a small hickup along the way, the quality of the repair is without question. How Shorade resolved the small issue I had, showed what a customer orientated business it is.
