Internet said office open till 7pm Thursdays but I went to pick my parcels up go there and they were closed on the door it said that they shut at 10am so I wasted my time and fuel to go out of my way to pick them up I have tried to call only for the phone to ring and rind then a voice say this number can not ecsept calls try again later ? How if they won't pick the goddam phone up

They keep re directing my mail to my sons address, he has a re direction in place but they don't look at the name properly as my mail is going to his house
