I recieved a phone call telling me I'm due an upgrade and wanting to talk about my upgrade options. After telling them the security questions for my account, I got told I'd have to come into store because my postcode must of been misheard or typed in incorrectly. I work away and can't immediately come into store, don't ring me multiple times to then be zero help and ask me to come into the shop if I want to upgrade.Absolute waste of time and minutes.
