“Went to Sports Direct Lichfield this morning. Asked for help to buy some trainers for exercise. Was very impressed with the help from Katy, she had a lot of advise and knowledge for getting the appropriate ones and I was extremely pleased with my buy.”

“Professional staffing of a professional company from start to finish! Turnaround for the bicycle servicing was quick, if I'd have brought it in earlier I'm sure I could've had it back the same day, although the next day was good enough.Needed a new chain, as the old one had broken also two innertubes. Opted for the Bronze service package, which is well worth the money, not being an excessive cyclist.The gears had been a little problematic for a while, which I think put strain on the chain, although when the bike was returned, the gears responded well under the usual pressures.I think even the bell recieved some TLC!I hope the company is duly proud of all their staff....”
