“Had my ears pierced 3 times by a charming young lady with red hair. She was running the shop all on her own but still took the time to answer my questions as I was having old piercings that had healed up, redone.I use a power chair and couldn't get into the till safely at my local Claires (Sutton Coldfield) so when we passed this shop and I saw a lady in the window having her ears pierced, I chanced it and as the lady was so friendly and I had room to manoeuvre I had my piercings done here.Chosing my earrings was so easy, they are all on a board. I completed an online form and then it was done, painlessly and accurately, as I was worried they wouldn't match up exactly to the previous ones.Aftercare kit given and explained thoroughly and told to ring or pop back in if I had any concerns.If you have a child who wants their ears pierced, I would recommend this shop for it's relaxed atmosphere and service. Some Claire's are so crambed in, overfilled and a bit chaotic, but not this one.Cannot recommend the lady who served me enough, really sorry I didn't get her name. Will come back for more when healed!”
