I had lost my purse in lichfield about 2 weeks ago and in panic went to Lloyd?s to ask for their help, unfortunately I cannot remember the 2 ladies names that helped me but, they took me step by step on what to do as in freezing my cards while I was there and suggested I retraced my steps as to where I had been. In doing so I got my purse back as I had left it in a shop. I cannot thank these ladies enough, Lloyd?s are lucky to have such lovely staff. Thank you.

Went into Lloyds Bank for the first time in ages and found some of the staff on the desks weren't very friendly. One pretended she was busy and had something wrong with her printer, but the second was very helpful. Think there needs to be a bit more consistency in the customer facing area.

Went in to set my son a account all to much trouble for the staff? given the run around? left and opened starling took seconds?.. Lloyds bank staff need to there act together no need to the branch may as well shut the place

Beyond keeping money safe a banks first priority has to for it to be accessible by their customers.I could not pay off my credit card online, their system didn't work. I could not get help on the telephone, my call was cut off. Eventually I had to drive into town to make the payment only to be told that they could not process payment from my bank (Coop). Calls were made and eventually Lloyds worked out how to get my money and clear the card.The entire experience is a depressing example of a huge and clueless entity bumbling all over their customers, now ex-customer in my case.

I am leaving Lloyds at (Lichfileld branch) after 5 years as they are stuck in time, unwilling to change & provide a modern service?The worst banking experience ever 2hrs on hold Then finally got in touch with a person who told me my next waiting time will be 3/5mins and a hour and 40mins later listening to a ring tone I've decided to remove all money from the bank and go somewhere else Appalling PLEASE dont waste your time with this bank/serviceHowever, over the past 2 days I have spend more than 11 (!) hours trying to contact their debit card fraud department. I actually spend most of my early mornings and late evenings listening to ?we are particularly busy at the moment and will answer your call shortly?. I have not yet have the privilege to speak the right person but on a few occasions the line dropped, twice I got disconnected and three times I was put through to the wrong department (despite selecting the right choices).The service is diabolical.

Went in today to open an account for my baby. Paige was amazing!! Took me straight to an appointment room and went through all the details and set up the account. She was so polite, informative and just generally lovely. The other ladies that I also spoke to were also very helpful and polite.

Trying to deal with Power of attorney has been a nightmare...Lack of understanding..Lack of follow up...Lack of any kind of responsibility. Awful. Very sad and distressing.
