“We have dealt with EE for a long time but on the last occasion three staff dealt with us but had made unnecessary mistakes regarding prices and details of contract after all not everyone has a home printer, the price of the phone was displayed above the phone in question but when the time came it was £100 more we carried on with the purchase regardless, EE should get larger premises and more staff to combat the impatience of customers whom cannot wait for an assistant.”
