Received our display unit, tv/coffee table and nest of tables. Delighted with them just what we had searched for 3months to get. We chose the sheesham grey beautiful earthy smell. Delived in perfect condition within the time frame.

What an amazing store full of incredible wooden furniture and sculptures not to mention the steam punk bits and pieces definitely worth a visit and maybe a purchase when In Lichfield.

Me and my partner went to paraphernalia about a month ago and found some absolutely amazing furniture. We decided to find the furniture online after measuring the area they were required for and went ahead and ordered a couple of pieces of furniture within the sheesham grey range and ordered for click and collect. It was so easy to do and such an easy process. The ladies I spoke to on the phone were so helpful. Such a beautiful shop and tempted to buy another pieceof furniture in the near future to match our theme in the lounge.

I can?t say enough good stuff about this shop and the service they provide. We purchased some furniture ( Java range) and it was delivered this morning. If I was able, I would?ve helped , but I couldn?t lift too much weight. They were absolutely lovely, friendly and on time. The table was put together for me, and even the chairs ( were heavy) were placed into the places I asked. All of the packaging was taken away too. I adore my new furniture so much!This shop is amazing! All of the team are lovely :)

Two excellent experiences with this company. First with a beautiful teak root console table which you can see in the photo. Turned this into a glass dining table which has had so many compliments. It's a shame that they can't source any more of these but really grateful I managed to get one! The second is this teak root glass centerpiece I've got on the dining table. First saw these being made in Bali and very grateful that Paraphernalia sourced these in their shop so I could finally have this at home! Customer service is personal and Joy goes above and beyond to help you with any questions you have. I'm already saving up for my next furniture purchases!

I cannot recommend the whole team highly enough . The owner and shop staff were fantastic both in customer serviceand helpfulness from start to delivery. Professional and courteous attitude secured our purchases of 6 mango wood products and we were more than happy with ALL of our purchases. If you want to feel valued as a customer , you will be. We must have tried their patience with holding back our delivery and delivery help but the service was beyond reproach and I simply cannot praise them highly enough, they made our purchase well worth the distance we travelled to their shop. Thank you all.
