Queued for 30 minutes at Bakers Lane PO for a parcel, to be told their system was down and they couldn't retrieve it. Perhaps a sign notifying customers would have been considerate. Terrible service!!

Really disappointed with the wait time and the service from both members of staff. Rude and dismissive behaviour- it?s not very often you renew a passport to be met with rude attitude and come back Monday - work full time, so the next time their manager was in was weeks. Do not recommend.

Waited 25 minutes to exchange money for travel only to be told that they are only exchanging dollars and euros today.. a simple sign or notice would of helped a number of customers

Horrendous. One counter open at peak times, staff member closed off to sort cash despite it being very clear how busy it is. Awful customer service.

I asked advice on how to renew a passport here today the staff member sniggered at me as it wasnt about a British passport,not being my country of birth I was asking her advice and felt extremely uncomfortable,very rude to do this to customers the blonde woman behind the free standing counter could do with learning how to speak to customers without bias and belittling them

Just used the Travel Money service at my local post office in Lichfield city centre. Absolutely disappointed. The rates were equal to nearly 10% commission. The actual rate was not advertised anywhere only realised when asked to pay. Nowhere near the rate advertised online or on the board outside. Charged in addition for credit card use. Ended up with 1Euro costing more than 1 Pound! Next time will go to Tesco or Asda as would save nearly £80 when buying 800 euros!

Driving licence renewal, waited in a queue for 30mins to be told at the counter I had to have an appointment? (This is not on the information).next appointment was 4 WEEKS! Not impressed.

Your displayed opening hours are incorrect as it seems your staff can decide when they want to close and be rude to customers who arrive well within time to be served.\\nAt 16:55 I approached the counter and even before I was allowed to speak I was informed : \\\"I AM CLOSED. I'M ON MY OWN!\\\"\\nYet she was chatting to a colleague at her counter and addressed me in this tone in front of this woman. Disgraceful customer service.

All of the staff were friendly, and they helped me return my parcel quickly and efficiently. If I'm ever in Lichfield again and I need to return a package, I'll definitely be coming to this post office.

The post office itself is reasonable, apart from the fact that it's crammed into a corner of a store because they sold off the property they had before - which was a designated post office, and the fact that there are only ever one or two counters open and therefore at times very long lines.\\n\\nIf you want to send parcels overseas, make sure you know what's what, what service you need to use and what the estimated delivery times are because the staff will give you false information about that.\\n\\nThey also need to get their act together as they apparently don't even know their own address - it's shown as \\\"Bakers Street\\\" online, it's actually Bakers Lane.

Went in today to renew my 10yr old driving licence got my photo done for free and only took 5 mins to do was a lovely young lady who helped me very friendly polite and knowledgeable fab service x
