Amazing staff guy with tattoo on his left hand was amazing and understanding after I told him the issues and showed him a pic of the problem took half the time of Hanley store and didn't lie saying it was fixed they replaced the console so the tech obviously knows what there doing the Hanley team could learn from them

Do not recommend, they ask me to unseal an item and after that they said they are not competent to test it. And also been quoted price for A Grade and got payment for B grade. And they always don't have cash, only bank transfer. When I went to CEX Hanley and told them they don't know how to test the item they laughed. I do understand we can't know everything but when you get brand new item don't ask to be unsealed if you don't know what are you doing.

Ment to have 3 on stock couldn't find any. Lad on till thought it was hilarious I had drove there for nothing customer service is non existent In cex. This was after I'd already ordered click and collect from another store and had my order cancelled even though its still showing in stock at that store!

Guys were a good laugh, gave me a lot more money than i imagined for my device too. Great experience, money went in quick, was offered even more if i wanted something from the shop, but didn't need anything else. Decent music in the shop too
