Went into this bank this morning to stort me bank account out and the two women that seen to me was lovely and very helpful and got me up a running and storted everything out for me. Glad to be with this bank and if I need help with any of my accounts definitely be coming to this bank again to get it sorted with them. Very helpful and friendly and welcoming. Thanks anything to the two lovely woman who help me out this morning with everything. Hope your boss sees this and you get made high up in the team

My bank card was blocked by visa for online payments a couple of days ago and i also had a couple more issues that needed to be resolved.I was helped by a really nice lady called Katie, she was so friendly and efficient, she explained everything clearly and sorted my problems with a smile and could not have been more helpful. It was such a surprising an d pleasant experience.Thank you so much Katie, you are a credit to your employers, this level of service with a smile is so unusual these days. Keep up the great work, if you have a problem Katie can definitely help.

Been here a couple times never had any problems. Went today as been locked out of my mobile banking and a lady helped me so I could log back in, she was very helpful and made it very easy as I tried to phone customer services and was constantly on hold. Will definitely go straight here next time ?

After failing to get any answer on the phone I've decided to visit my local branch to address a problem which keeps happening every month.I think everyone else has done the same.Been here 30 mins now and I've only paid for one hrs parking. Come on Co op get your act together or I'm having a look at Martin Lewis site to get the best changeover deal

I am both shocked and saddened that what I thought was an ethical bank has chosen to carry out a fraud investigation interview of a vulnerable 85 year old man with no one present to represent him despite several requests to do so. This bank has allowed over £70000 to be defrauded from a savings account held by my father. No safeguarding actions taken whatsoever to support or prevent fraud. Think twice before investing with this bank as Elderly customers are better supported in any other high street bank which take safeguarding and Fraud prevention much more seriously.

Staff are fine and friendly but my reasoning for a lower rating is because of the banks antiquated approach to doing business. Mobile and online banking always down at unconventional times or unannounced, payments take ages to process despite them meant to be a faster payment. Not too secure handing over a card or passbook to a teller without properly authenticating that you are the actual account holder only a signature required that they don?t check against a proof. Other banks I?m a member of require you to enter your pin on a terminal and have the physical card.

Very reasonable and friendly bank. I didn't have any problems opening account. Bank employees are reliable and very helpful and kind. I was served by a person named Amy - thank you once again for a nice meeting on opening an account.

Staff very friendly and helpful however they got a few things wrong whilst dealing with power of attorney for our dad and sent a letter to my sister to her address with my name on, when they photo copied the documents (PA) one of the pages we're smudged so we were asked to bring them in again to be photo copied again which then slowed matters in turn delayed a payment to my dad's care home they were very apologetic and things got sorted in the end but at the distressingly time it was just something we could of done without,,,they did pay a good will gesture of 25 ,
