I don't know how people have rated this chemist 5 stars. They are unprofessional and lazy. Never get medications ready on time for me or my husband, who's diabetic and needs his libre sensors in advance and they never order them in time! Just lazy and couldn't be bothered. We'll be going elsewhere for our meds in future!

Lovely helpful staff. I watched a member of staff help an older person understand their prescription. She then checked that they were able to manage their bags.I visited a number of pharmacies in search of a drug that no one seemed to have. I didn't see this level of service in any other group pharmacy. Well done guys.

A well stocked pharmacy with pleasant service which is not easy to find these days. Parking isn't as awkward as other pharmacies, still limited spaces though

I can recommend this pharmacy to anyone i have my monthly medication here for a few years now and I've never had a problem its always there on time ready for collection .Also the staff are always friendly and helpful .

I saw Sachin for a consultation. He was very hospitable and attentive. With his compassionate patient centred approach he continuously puts his patients first as well as being greatly dedicated to pharmacy.I highly recommend Cornwell's Chemists.

I have accessed the services of Cornwell?s pharmacy for many years and throughout this time have always been wholly satisfied with their professionalism, product knowledge and genuine caring approach. They are able to respond to individual needs and are always willing to help on a personal basis . I would have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone.

Excellent service I have had repeat monthly prescriptions for over 5 years, they are always on time and a message is sent via txt to confirm when ready for collection every month. Staff are very friendly and helpful. I have used the large supermarket pharmacies and find them impersonal.

Fantastic pharmacy with professional staff. They provide an excellent service. I travel to this pharmacy due to the high standard of service. They are refreshingly mindful of data protection too - something other pharmacies too often breach. Discrete and friendly pharmacy. Highly recommended!

My wife called Cornwell's after our Doctor's couldn't get the Flu vaccine in time for us before our holiday. Even though we were not regular customers Judith Bishop was really helpful and sorted out for us to get the vaccine today. When we arrived we were greeted with a smile and genuine interest, Judith then explained the formalities and paperwork needed. After this we saw the Chemist who gave us the flu jab and we were soon vaccinated and on our way back to work.I would really recommend this Chemist for a friendly efficient service, I even managed to park right outside.

Great pharmacy, nice and quick service. The staff are really helpful and the pharmacist is really good at his job. They deserve an extra star for seeing patients all the way throughout covid, unlike the gp surgeries.

Great staff, very flexible and helpful in trying to sort out medication mishaps. Like rare stock shortages, or the odd late prescriptions from the GP.Forgot the most important thing in my review, it's something missing from most of the high street. The staff make an effort to know and remember customers by name.
