Seems that every time I go in my meds aren't ready, been in this morning to be told they'd yet to do them, I put my repeat in over a week ago so no excuse really. Staff and decent enough though.Just tried ringing to see if my prescription was done, on hold for a while then someone picked the phone up and put it down again. Review lowered to one star. Shocking!!

they are so slow , medication is never ready , you are beeing told come in 3,4,5 hours later so you come back and your meda not done yet, if you ring the phone they answer and close so they won?t deal with you, awfull service always !!

Following a mistake made by Silverdale Doctors the lovely ladies at Cornwall?s looked after myself and my poorly daughter. They even stayed behind to make sure Sally was ok. So grateful to them all and thank you for putting up with my tears ?

Excellent local pharmacy. Tracy you just need to answer the phone or at least clear down the messages in the voice mail as it?s impossible to get through or leave a message. Pharmacy is great but cons are letting you down

Went into the chemist the other day to collect some antibiotics and I thought because it was so packed that I would be waiting a while, but to my suprise the service was quick but efficient. The pharmacist took her time explaining how to take the antibiotics as I?ve never taken them before, the staff are so friendly and welcoming yet remained professional. The place was clean and everything was as it should be. Definatly will be nominating myself there.

Frequently collect my prescriptions from there all the time, the new team manager and pharmacist seem great and they are really approachable. The rest of the team are professional as well. Always noticeably clean and tidy. They take time to help patients and have recently offered lots of new things like ear cleaning and health checks, good communication when prescriptions ready

Posting on behalf of my mother (who?s a technophobe)I bought my elderly parents in to the store today for their Covid booster vaccinations. We did not have an appointment but we did not have to wait. The lady who attended to them, her name was Tracy was patient, kind and gentle, my mum did not even know she had been vaccinated!Both my parents are deaf and have varying degrees of dementia, this did not phase Tracy, she communicated with them with ease and looked to me for answer verification without making it obvious. I was really impressed by her professionalism and the overall professionalism of all the staff. This is not our usual pharmacy but we needed a place that would give us the booster jab. At the end of the appointment Tracy gave us a few leaflets on earwax removal and blood pressure, advised us on what to do following the vaccine and even helped my parents to their feet and opened the door for us. Overall a very pleasant experience when I was dreading the logistics of getting this done. We will definitely back just for the service.

I took my elderly father there yesterday for a Covid jab. Plenty of parking very close, a ramp for easy access and no waiting. My father said that he didn't feel the needle either.
