Always used this car wash as we live nearby and the service has always been great from the guys who run it.Today it was a different guy and he was wiping down the interiors of a car in the valet bay when we arrived. He acknowledged us and carried on. Five minutes later we were still waiting, the car behind us left. I asked if he'd be much longer as my children were whinging and a car had left and he shrugged at me and carried on with the other car. We waited another few minutes and then left without a car wash.

My dad brought the total wax one it was ten pounds my dad was in the car waiting for the man to bring him his change back and the guy put me and my dad through the car wash without giving us our change back and then when my dad nicely approached him after the car was cleaned the man said you only gave me ten pounds then refuses give us our change back and then takes pictures of our car and gets his mate out of the office to stand there and shout and argue with my dad whilst I'm stood right there eterrible car wash.

Did not clean my wheels properly,his answer was you only had the basic wash ,I won't be going again ,very ruse service.

Always quick service and, for the price, does a great job getting the car spotless.I've used Tesco clubcard vouchers there multiple times (make sure that you convert them beforehand in the app to use them) and they are always friendly and accepting of them. Usually go for the triple foam service and the final wax coating they give does seem to keep my car cleaner for longer than any other handwash/car wash I've been to.

Not as good as it used to be. Car was still dirty around the edges and wheels despite having a wheel wash.

cleaned the car, staff were not really bothered try to use the app as a repeat user but when it didnt register they just wanted you to move on through
