Shocking customer service - I will not be visting this store again and I will be insisting that my fleet of vans, who fuel up daily, not to fill up at Morrisons in the future. The cashiers, to be honest, were lovely however the duty manager has very poor customer service skills and thinks its acceptable to discuss my private work business in front of a queue of customers with threats of the police if I didnt pay an outstanding fuel bill dating back 2.5 years, June 2014, before I even worked for the company! I only went in to pay a declined payment from the day prior and was told i couldn't pay it unless I paid them both. Pay up or police were my options! In hindsight I should have let her call the police but to say I was embarassed was an understatement, I just wanted to leave and return to my 2yr old and 9 yr old girls that had been sat outside in my car for over half an hour! I would have happily returned to pay the 2014 bill once I had had approval from my manager and sourced the relevant paperwork from the store at which the original fuel card was declined but this wasnt an option. She obviously thought her bully boy tactics would conquer all, she may have won the battle but I have certainly won the war. Good bye ££££'s worth of fuel purchased daily from 25 vans 364 days of the year , we shall be using other reputable petrol stations in the future who actually listen to their customers.
