I?ve had family who have worked here. Managers who can?t speak English are on power trips. They lie, bully, victimise, intimidate and the list goes on. I get the feeling that you?ll only be successful if your a certain ethnicity which is really sad. You will get screamed and shouted at and have false allegations made against you to give them a reason to sack you. They really need to be reported but it looks like they get away with it every time so this is why they carry on treating agency staff the way they do.Horrible people liars to work for. Shame on job and talent who allow this to go on. Nikolai and Richmond really need to learn how to speak and not bark at people. Without them two the job would have been much better.

It is very unfortunate that in this day and age there is clear discrimination is a work place. The security is absolutely disgusting for the way they treat young ethnic minorities and putting them in dangerous situations by giving false information about where the location of the warehouse is when there is only one and insisting the actual warehouse eis over 20 minute walk away although that is not true. When confronted about the situation they laugh and are dismissive and there needs to be serious improvements made to ensure a safe and professional work place. Rating it a one star is a massive shame for a brand this big.

Distribution is hopeless!
My wife has been searching for the perfect shoes for a wedding outfit and thought she had found them on line at New Look. She ordered them for delivery to our local store and duly collected them yesterday. On opening the package she noted that the bag containing the shoes said Size 7, however each shoe had a sticker stating size 5 on the sole. She tried them on and they were definately a size 7. She then realised that the stickers had been placed over a size 7 print on the shoe.
She returned them to the local store, where the staff couldn't have been more helpful, they reordered for next day delivery.
She returned to the store today and opened the new package only to find the same thing, size 7 wearing size 5 stickers.
To my suspicious mind this smacks of somebody trying to cover up overordering an unpopular size in the hope that people may not return them. This theory is reinforced by the knowledge that we, nor the shop staff, can actually speak to a real person.
I did in fact get through to Security at the Distribution Centre but on outlining the problem my call was cut off.

They don't have any idea how to train their workers, their corona virus protection isn't great. they don't train on manual handling i literally saw 5 people carry boxes over their shoulder. modern slavery breaches. don't work here

Don't not work here I work there and there was a person who was finding it hard to do the work in which I had not much work to do so I helped him but then a person called James come up to me saying I need to do my work not help the person this James is not a boss so he should not have told me what to do I did not like how he spoken to me in which the person called James did no work he would just stand around looking not working if you work here what out for this James person he will do anything to get you told off
