Wow! I went today for a mole removal and I was put at ease from the minute I walked in. This was my first time in the clinic and I was made to feel welcome and relaxed straight away. Both Jackie and Melissa were extremely professional and talked me through the process and aftercare thoroughly. The mole removal itself was done so professionally and I could see instant results. I will definitely be going back. Thank you so much.

I had my first treatment here today (high frequency facial as suggested during phone consultation with Jackie) and I had a lovely experience - so much so that I have already booked to return for a programme of facials as suggested during discussions about my skin needs. Jackie is professional and knowledgable about the treatments she offers, and was very attentive throughout my facial today. My skin already feels dramatically better after just one session, I would recommend to all.

Had a few treatments done here over the years. Most recently had a high frequency facial and Seventy Hyal. Both Jackie and Melissa are extremely professional and knowledgeable about all the procedures they offer and make you feel relaxed and confident in their abilities with how they also explain the entire process of everything in detail during the entire time you?re there. I would highly recommend and look forward to being back soon for another course of Seventy!

Got the luxury dermabrasion done by Jackie. One hour of pure luxury it was, with tonnes of massages and soothing feeling. Im definitely going back for more and I recommend Newcastle Laser and Beauty Clinic as Jackie knows what she is doing and also makes sure that her client knows what exactly the treatment is.

Great service, warm and welcoming atmosphere. Jackie and Melissa are great and make you feel very comfortable. I am obsessed with Jackie's facials, she has worked wonders with my skin and helped me to get my confidence back. Melissa does my LVL Lashes and Brow shaping which always look amazing after. I have also Laser Hair removal which I highly recommend, I am so please with my results!

The most amazing salon. Super friendly staff, great facials, really relaxing with great conversation also. Melissa is like having a mini therapy session. I would highly recommend Newcastle laser and beauty. I?ve had a few sessions of lazor hair removal with Jacqueline and I saw a major difference after the first session. Jacqueline is friendly and professional too.

Lovely establishment, recently had 2 quite large unsightly moles removed, wouldn't even know they had been there. Fillers today and so happy with the result, will be booking again. Lovely mum and daughter. 5 stars.
