Solid staff here. Helped and was patient when figuring out which products we needed. Accepted returns very happily and organised a next day delivery for an item which did indeed arrive the next day. However I did not receive the text.Would definitely recommend using this Screwfix for your DIY needs!

Went to get a mortice lock, wanted some help was told to go to the catalogue section and find it yourself.Then when I asked questions about my account was treated like a child by the same woman. The rude and adrupt lady was called Dawn, needs do get some customer service skills. Went next door to Toolstation and was treated amazingly.

Ive been to this place Loads of Times and thought it was Good but today ive experience a bad day with one of the Older women Assistant/ manager with no People skills sorry i Dont Know her Name but she was sharp quite Rude and didnt want to help me i took something back and she said we cannot change it because of Legionaires disease and because Water has gone through the Pipe. The flexi pipe was not suitable for My Bathroom and kept leaking this is why i wanted a refund Not Happy with the service this Time so i took my business to Toolstation.

Called in on Saturday. The collection point was empty of customers and a young lady behind the counter. I got asked if I had ordered what I needed, I responded that I hadn't and needed some help. The only response I got was to go outside and look in the catalogue.I went next door to Toolstation and got amazing service.

Don't know what I would do without Screwfix, order online, click and collect and go pick the stuff up, easy. They normally knock spots off B&Q but I always do a check between Screwfix, Toolstation,B&Q and Wickes, Screwfix more often as not come out on top. ?

I think Screwfix is one of the best places to go! Well apart from this Trade counter the customer service is actually shocking how they can talk down to a customer think training for customer service wasn't given to the older one here?

Excellent service, will tell you of item is in stock as you are placing the order for click and collect. Placed my order online this morning at about 11:30 and got an e mail about 10 minutes later to say order ready for collection.Can't fault their service and would very highly recommend. In fact all the orders I have placed with them have been speedy and efficient.

Some customer service training would be helpful especially for the older lady, huffs and tuts are not really appropriate. Think that will be the last purchase from this particular store, I will go next door TOOLSTATION for a better service.

I arrived at your Etruria Stoke-on-Trent store, to pick up a reserved item as it stated it was at that store. After going back and forward the lady said it was at the Newcastle-under-Lyme store. I expressed my annoyance and drove to the Newcastle store. Once I was there, I was told that one of the items was at the Etruria store where I had already been.The lady who served me was Karen, she was fantastic as I was not happy to go back and forward due to the first lady not checking properly. Karen contacted the Etruria store on my behalf. She went above and beyond to rectify this not just pass the buck! Karen sorted everything... Karen and Rich, you are an asset to your company!

Used the screwfix app to order what I needed. Very easy to pay using PayPal. Chose which store to collect from then got a txt saying ready to collect. Social distancing in place so had a small wait on the car park queuing before I was served at the front door before getting my order.
