I purchased 8 panels through a merchant. They are advertised as 2440mm x 1200mm in the brochures. When the panels arrived the label shows 2440mm x 1200mm (1179mm Finished). The ceiling was lowered to accommodate the full length. When the panels were opened they actually measure 2430mm, 10mm less than advertised. Spoke with Showerwall, they apply a service charge to their contact number starting with 0845 for the privilege of contacting them. They stated all panels are 8' x 4', when I explained that 8' is 2440mm not 2430mm I was told they can not speak directly to the fitter and ended the call. Trading standards are aware.

Awful boards. Warped. Mdf core so liable to bending all over the place. Stored flat in garage for 2 weeks before fitting. Unfortunately cut the first board so having to wedge them with timbers. Customer service not helpful and not accepting any liability. Avoid. Use a decent manufacturer like Nuance or Fiba instead

Stunning panels and great customer service pre sale. However the reason I haven?t recommended Showerwall is for their after sales service.
We have an issue with a couple of the panels supplied by a outlet they recommended. We have been waiting weeks to resolve this and have now been advised we need to go through the outlet we purchased the panels from. We still have an unfinished bathroom. ? I?m sure it will look good once completed.

Brought 3 Showerwall panels from Rubberduck bathrooms and stored them in an insulated garage with temperature control. They were flat & raised off the floor. When my builder started installing then they discovered 1 board was warped. Both Rubberduck bathrooms & Showerwall refused to exchange it even though I?d only had it 2 months & followed their storage instructions. They claim it was my fault for putting them in a garage. If that was the case why didn?t they all warp. They offered a £10 reduction on a new board.Be very careful before you buy from either company. Poor service. Currently try to regain my losses through credit card & potentially small claims court.
