I recently had the pleasure of using Timpsons watch repair service and I must say, the experience was outstanding. My watch was returned to me in perfect condition, looking as good as new. Visited Morriston milehouse store on several occasions now to have my daughters school repaired and each time Lee has gone above and beyond normal customer service to fix the shoes always friendly professional polite can't recommend his services highly enough store 2082

Went in initially to have my shoes heeled - Lee was extremely helpful and did a fantastic job. I also had a key cut which didn't work but returning to Timpsons Lee was there to help and provided an excellent service and did some magic on the key which now works perfectly.Timpsons provide a great range of services which I hadn't noticed when just passing by......they are in a convenient location with exceptionally helpful, friendly and professional staff.
