I think the rapid turnover of staff is impacting on the quality of the service. Delivery facility is no longer functioning, the staff are either weary or not engaged in helping.Such a shame for a local service

Since the new staff have come things went down hill very slow, and the one problem they don't answer the phone!!! For someone who is disabled this is not good. I'm at the end of the week on my tablets and I have none left. I should have had my new monthly tablets yesterday 4 day ive waited and still no tablets.

Very slow to provide repeat prescriptions. The last one I waited 2 weeks for and they still couldn?t provide it. Eventually I went elsewhere which is unacceptable given that they are my nominated pharmacy.

10 stars would nit be enough to say about this Pharmacy the team go above and beyond for all customers Sam the pharmacist is so amazing and the staff who work with him are too I stood behind a lady in the pharmacy who was talking to Sam and he blushed thanking her but she said you are lovely and need recognition she turned to me and said I admire this man I myself owe Sam my life and his team are amazing when we all work together going to work in a morning is so rewarding and pay does not come into it if you love what you do it?s half the battle to get up and go to work . The shop was in a mess from before but is now getting ti look good shelves stocked priced up but Sam is working long hours to get this done as they do not have enough time to try and fit in before opening times they really do all work together to make this pharmacy one of the best Well Pharmacy to go thank you all of you for helping me and my husband to understand a silent killer blood pressure which I didn?t know I had and could easily have had a heartache or stoke in my family history it was so high and my previous GP did not pick up on this even though I gave Blood Pressure readings!!! Wake up Surgeries and now as the Pharmacy had to help you out more!!! You are sitting back and pushing work onto the. pharmacist not all GP or staff are standing back Receptionist at the surgery are going out of their way to help myself and my husband to get help but these surgery need to wake up and turn your surgery into a best surgery to go !!!! Look at other GP surgeries who are taking your patients away help your patients we know best and it is frustrating to be told by AE worst surgery you could be with!!! Work with your staff listen to Patients stop hiding behind Covid we now as government say live with Covid it is here to stay thank you Sam and Staff at Well Pharmacy King Street Newcastle and some not all of the staff at the Surgery you have saved my life!!! I don?t know how to repay you only with my review!!!!!! THANk YOU !!!!

The woman answering the phone has the worst attitude I?ve come across!! VILE! Incredibly rude and the people skills of a brick.

They msg you to tell you that you're prescription is ready. Then when you get there you have to wait while they sort out your prescription ???? ??

Excellent service lovely staff nothings to much trouble for them if you have a problem they try there best to sort it out for you straight away and would like to just add the delivery drivers are lovely

Absolutely terrible, I don't think they know what they are doing, constant problems with the "rude" staff meddling in my medication, ordering it from my GP without authorisation, then denying all knowledge when problems arise.. Very bad

Check on Google if it was open and says it was, walked down there and it was shut. Sort it out.
