Always rude. When collecting parcels always unhelpful offer no customer service at all. Hung up on me today. Not a good chain for the couriers that they are making money off.

Worst shop in Stafford, selling stuff out of stock and unacceptable behavior from the staff, very arrogant. Avoid going there.
