Ordered medicine from the doctors 7 days ago, which was showing approved but had not heard from the pharmacy to say it was ready. Phoned to check they had recieved the prescription, but gave up after being 1st in the queue for 17 minutes. Went in person to the pharmacy to ask, and rhe medication was there - apparently had been ready for days. When I said I hadn't recieved the text reminder the girl just shrugged and said the messages weren't working last week - unfortunately my telepathy skills werent working either last week!I had run out of 2 of the 3 medications whilst waiting.

I want to leave I minus number of stars for rating? But I can't! Went for the ear service. I saw the poster saying to ask if think your hearing isn't good.I was told 35 pounds per ear so 70 pounds for both. Can't afford 70 pounds so I booked for just 1 ear, assuming it must include a hearing test for that much money? (Never assume, always ask)The lady, I thought she was a new pharmacy assistant, not a nurse as I expected.She showed me my ear with the camera. I could see dark orange wax there with my own eyes. She had a very surly look on her face. Said 'your ear is clear, no wax!' I said 'what is that dark orange colour in there I can see then?'probably just a vein!' She remarked.She kindly offered to let me see my other ear. It looked better than the first ear. She said there is wax there but it is normal.She then said 'it is 15 pounds for the consultation!' I paid but she didn't give me a receipt. 15 pounds for a 5 minute consultation for a non-medical member of staff to tell me her opinion about my ears!? Isn't that nearly 200 pounds an hour?I said doesn't it include a hearing test because you said 70 pounds for both ears. She said 'no' I replied for 70 it doesn't even include a hearing test?She said I told you it was 60 pounds for a ear check of both ears, not 70!(So I clearly do need a hearing test! ?, a shame it isn't included at that price!!!!!)

Hours - this chemist does not open until 9am and closes at 6pm. I have tried editing the hours but they keep reverting to incorrect ones as currently shown.

I had the ear wax removal done on Wednesday. The consultation and treatment was first rate and successful. The consultant was brilliant, a very professional service.I'd recommend this to all.

Just a thank you to the Chemist who insisted that my right arm infection caused by an insect bite on the right handneeded immediate treatment with Flucloxacillin as the whole arm right up to the shoulder was swollen & in pain with limited movement. I had already by the nearby clinic that I would have to wait for the following day by ringing at 8am.The Chemist insisted it needed immediate treatment so the Doctor on duty at Weeping X clinic kindly carried out immediate action at short notice.Thank you to, Chemist, Weeping Cross Reception & Doctor.
