I had a blow out on Sunday evening due to a very unexpected pot hole incident, I contacted stafford kwikfit being my local centre and explained my predicament. As I am a mobility vehicle driver my car needed to be on the road and the lovely gentleman who answered my call offered to keep the centre open and await my arrival. When I arrived they were waiting for me and Within 30 minutes my car was fixed. I couldn't of been more grateful the staff were amazing very efficient an reassuring I will definitely be recommending

I feel my front passenger tyre which had new from kwik fit in 2023 continues to lose pressure and was not taken off and checked out. All did was renew pads and discs and didn't return locking wheel nut to car

Couldn't fault the service. Staff were really helpful and pleasant, especially Callum Cardno. Managed to sort out a full set of replacement tyres and brakes, within the same day and did everything they said they would do, including giving me loads of notice that the car was ready so I could get in on the bus to collect it. BRILLIANT - especially as the total came to less than I was expecting!

1 Star for convenience of being able to book on-line.Visit did not get off to the best of starts. Pulled up at 8:15 to give daughter, whose car we were dropping off, a lift home. Daughter comes into car park after me, swings round to park opposite work bays only to be met by staff member racing onto the car park coming in the opposite direction. He showed no signs of stopping despite nearly meeting daughter's car head on and sped between where I was parked and the now stationary and rather shocked daughter into a bay directly opposite the entrance.Same member of staff seems totally ambivalent and disinterested when I handed the keys to the car over.Daughter missed a couple of calls to discuss work that needed doing so I rang back on her behalf. When the phone was eventually picked up I just heard silence, and then a long huff. I asked if this was Kwik Fit and was told "yeah this is Kwik Fit".I discussed with member of staff what work was needed exactly..."recommend 4 new tyres and new battery....£773". So I checked if the car had been services and passed it MoT (which it had) and was told "we only have Continental in that size". Given that this was only a recommendation, why wasn't the offer "if you want them done today, it'll have to be Continental as that's all we have in but if you want something cheaper we can book it in for another day?". That would have seemed fair and I'd probably have taken up the offer to do so but it seems that I was being pushed top notch tyres on a 2015 car that is probably only worth £1500 itself! No thanks, I'll go elsewhere to get them sorted cheaper.Overall there just seemed to be a complete lack of interest in my custom (and a clear lack of concern for customers safety given the way the member of staff not only arrived but also how the same member of staff took our car from the bay and parked in as witnessed by daughter and wife), and clear push to try and maximise the sale price.
