This post office won't accept parcels as they are "too big"The sooner thrydo away with post offices and just have lockers like inpost the better. Absolute waste of time!

Use this post office and get good service. Would give 5 stars, but it is not clear on this website that the post office is closed on a Wednesday between 9am and 12 noon. According to the website its open all day...

Friendly, enthusiastic staff will do their best to help the customer, even with complex enquiries and postage destinations. Unlike other small branches in Stafford, this branch does open for the same hours as the parent shop. Highly recommended.

This small Post Office branch has friendly and enthusiastic staff, and provide an excellent service. Sadly, the lowly branch status means that they cannot sell special issue stamps, except at Christmas, and cannot check passport applications or offer car tax payments. For the majority of Post Office services this branch is ideal, especially because it is open for the same hours as the parent shop, McColls. Highly recommended.
