Beware of hidden costs misinformation lack of customer service storemanager offered to call me back again failed to do this purchase from this company Beware ? in the end the manager did call me back after I had written a poor review still no support or reassurance from him lack of customer service throughout the company only gave 1 star cause I had to please be careful when purchasing anything from this company totally shocking customer service or recovery for customers ?

Very nicely displayed sofa?s and Dining and very friendly staff and were very helpful especially the Manager who even made me a cuppa.

We ordered a carpet through these guys dealt with by tony who gave very reassuring words, however that?s where it all ended. Our carpet turned out to be delayed with no communication, we cleared the room out, wife took day off work to find it had been delayed. The store then denied they had arranged a fitting date and we were left with bare flirting and gripper boards for further 3 weeks! Carpet was finally fitted today and to now top it off the fitters made an almighty mess, managed to scratch up my newly applied wallpaper with the carpet roll and left the rubbish behind! From such a good sales pitch from tony it?s a shame that the service received was so shoddy.

Ordered settee today from Stafford store excellent friendly service from Shah. No pressure sales very professional . Good banter with the whole team. A pleasure on a wet Sunday morning!

Wouldn't even give 1 star if I didn't have to! Absolutely shocking how u get treated once they take your money! Carpets were delayed by one week and the mess they left behind is unacceptable! I cut my finger open moving the off cut carpets in the bags as they put blades inside aswell! The fitters even left sharp cutting blades on the floor ? we have a child who was running around excited about having new carpets luckily I seen them before anything bad happened too him! Won't be ordering anything else from scs ever again!

We finally had our sofas delivered after a few delays. However, one of them was broken. I emailed the email address that I was given by the store and had no reply whatsoever. The staff in the store were not cooperative and they refused to listen to my problem.Luckily my step dad was able to fix our sofa, but scs did not cooperate in the slightest and we?re not at all interested. They are all over you like a rash when you buy a sofa but afterwards, and if you have any post sale issues, they are simply useless and do not want to deal with you or your problem.I wanted to make others aware of this especially if they have faults with their sofa, then please know the scs staff in store and totally useless.

The rudest sales person i have ever met in the Stafford store today. I felt sorry for the lady working with him. I will never visit this store again.

Appalling service. Carpets are more than a month late with the branch manager lying about delivery dates and refusing to fit the items that are warehoused, against terms and conditions. The whole order breaches the agreement tomorrow and I have no doubt they will fight not to give a refund or to deliver the items they have.Couldn't suggest using a different company more. SCS are out and out conmen.

They charged £5000 for the sofas and still demand a £79.00 delivery charge.The cost of the sofas you would have thought they would offer a free delivery service.

Went into scs stafford a week ago. Walked in and a lady said if you need help let me know. We had a wander then asked for her help. Her name is Angie and she was great, spent time with us nothing was too much trouble. It?s so nice to get a service and not made to feel like you?re a nuisance or told to get in on line. Thank you Angie.

I will never buy from this company again!! sofa faulty I complained still under warranty sent some one out to check it fair enough!! but said there is nothing wrong with it won't take my complaint seriously I won't get ripped off again .

Not serious. I am really disappointed with the service. I order 3 types of carpets. It took more than 6 weeks to be delivered and installed. As the 1st fitting appointment was cancelled then postponed.Also, I have been made aware few days before the fitting that the one of the carpet will not be delivered due to issue with the manufacturer.Other carpets have been fitted since the 9th of December. I am still chasing and waiting for a feedback from SCS Stafford regarding the 3rd carpet. Having now one of my room without carpet for 4 months.I will not go back there in future.
