I was verbally abused by a customer and then verbally abused and humiliated by a member of staff on the shop floor in front of other customers. Left the store to more abuse from drunk customers who were waiting outside. Have filed a formal complaint to the main Spar group as I was initially lied to by said member of staff... read full comment
