Went in for an upgrade as been with Vodafone for 7+ years hoping to get a good offer, how wrong was I??? The guy quote me as if I was a new customer ? & on the Vodafone App it was offered me a 15% off the airtime ONLY. Online by Mobiledirect was £15/month cheaper, less upfront and only 24Months. Vodafone is ripping ppl off, no wonder why retail is dying, cheaper to go shopping online. Don't even start me off when he said how about a SIM ONLY £15/m for 5GB on 24M? online just £9/m for 20GB on a 12M only haha ?? Won't let me post zero ?

How some people make it through the day with the braincells of a Banana is completely beyond me.You are leaving a review for the STAFFORD shop here, not Vodafone 'International'.If you had a Nokia 3310 in 2001 and downloaded a polyphonic ringtone from the back of a dirty magazine that used all your credit, despite being warned it'd cost £9.50 and tried to call Vodafone to get some form of compensation, that's not these guys fault for Christ sake.Anyway...Went in here yesterday to sort a couple of my contracts out and the service was absolutely brilliant.

most unhelpful I went into the store to get a new sim card for a new Phone and swap the number to the new card , from the old one, they wanted photo ID before they would supply a new sim card when I said I did not have either a photo driving licence or a passport the would not help me at all apart from saying call customer services, the spouted something about the data protection act
