So happy I found this place. The guys did absolutely amazing! So friendly and understanding for your needs. My roof is leaking so they took extra care and Didn't take to long and they were straight on the top outside and inside working in tandem was brill. I love that they had a play area for my little one who absolutely loves going to the car wash now because she gets a lollipop. Major difference was this car wash is dog friendly and can sit in the area. They were so good with us. Offered us a hot drink and a biscuit. Couldn't do enough for us. Price point was cheapest around and couldn't fault them tbh will be back again and again. Thanks for taking car of us and leaving our car smelling and looking FRESH ??????????????????

My girlfriend came here before taking her driving test to get her car cleaned and was told that she would get a free clean. Nice, right?But when she went to claim this today, the same guy told her that he never said it and that he "hasn't told anyone that in 4 years"She ended up having to pay, and her car still wasn't very clean.

Just had half of my car cleaned the other half they have missed. Very poor car was used the same wash mitts for the body and wheels.

hands down the best car wash in Stoke-On-Trent! i got a mini valet and they did such a great job i'm really impressed, the staff are so friendly and made me feel really comfortable. i've tried other places in stoke but this easily beats them all plus they have some really cute pet birds so i'll definitely be returning
