Another great B&M. Like most of their stores this has plenty of Bargains and is well worth the visit coming up to Christmas. It has a variety of household items and is one of the best stores for shopping in general.We need to keep coming into places like this as it is Amazon that will kill out local high streets.

Seems to be a consistent pattern of rude snobby staff..these places always hire the most lowest chavi ppl..I was ignored and upon asking where I needed to to go for a refund she (dyed black hair, caked on face ) directed me to the back of the queue.. massive queue with no tills open. Appalling service, seriously BnM you need to hire some decent ppl.!

Great value store. Wild Bird food is very good value however, there is inconsistency of stock not only in this store but also sister stores in the area otherwise would give 5 stars.

Having a refurb at burslem s.on.t not a lot of bedding furniture items 26/7/21 nothings changed 24/7/23 bit more cleaner

I love the B&M at Burslem. All similar category items are placed in the same isle unlike most of the other big local B&Ms where it is scattered throughout the store. Always up to date with sale offers and all items priced up
