I call in the shop just less than two weeks ago for some exterior paint, the service, advice and help couldn't have been better. I would like to than the three people in the shop for the experience, which you rarely get in retail nowadays.

Poor service. Staff seems dizzy . And when we ask for anything she says we don?t have stock and I check more than 5 colours and saying only 1 litre . No stock and don?t even helping to find similar colour or anything. But she look nice and but too much lazy to answer and do things? but it seems ok. But doesn?t have much in stock I think

Didn't rate the customer service. When we walked into the shop the staff were in the back and it was a few minutes before anyone came to us. We were looking for a paint we had purchased in the past but couldn't see. The staff member told us it was still available but we couldn't see any on the shelf, he said he would look on the computer and went to do so. Another couple came into the shop and the assistant went to them and continued to deal with them for a few minutes, ignoring that he was meant to be serving us. No apologies or anything so we put the tins back and left the shop. We then went elsewhere and purchased £150 worth of decorating materials, I believe customer service is important and in this case it lost the shop a decent sale.

Needed a small amount of stone coloured paint after a plastering job behind a radiator, they couldn't have been more helpful as they mixed a small sample pot for me at a very reasonable price and was an excellent colour match and plenty for the job to be done.. Thankyou.
