Took my 2 chains to get repaired & they did an amazing job for a great price. Very happy with the work they did & they polished them up like new they haven't looked so good in years. I definitely recommend them.

Just got our wedding rings and engagement ring along with two other rings back. My husbands needed to be made smaller as he?s been very ill and lost loads of weight. Mine needed to be made bigger due to arthritis making my fingers bigger. The lady who alters them has done a wonderful job. They look like new. So shiny and the diamonds sparkle. I can?t wait till the suns out to see it sparkle . I would definitely recommend them for any alterations. Infact they?re doing another ring at the moment for me.

A fabulous family run jewellers- an asset to the area!Helped to source, design and make our engagement ring- couldn't be happier with the ring.Caroline was brilliant, supportive and most importantly had the patience of a Saint with us! Nothing was too much.I would definitely recommend and will go there again for any future special purchases.

I lost the stone from my engagement ring after 30 years took it to be done my wedding and eternity ring were so thin had them done too omg I cannot believe how beautiful they are what an amazing job they have done thank you so so much over and above i will most definitely be going back love my rings

The staff are second to none. They are knowledgeable, professional and friendly.I have used them for years to clean and value my jewellery. They have just cleaned and serviced my father's 75 year old watch and to a high standard. Very highly recommended.

I was charged £650.00 to have my Nana's ring cleaned and re-sized, as well as fitted with a new ruby and new claws. The repairs were not satisfactory.The ruby was too small and therefore, raised above the cluster in which the original ruby was placed.Although I was given a choice of three rubies, I would have paid more, had I been informed that a larger ruby would have been more fitting to the ruby/cluster setting.Moreover, the sizing of the ring was far too large.I now have to approach other jewellers for their assistance.I am not happy with the service!!!Moreover, I feel that I have been over-charged!!!

Absolutely wonderful service. Myself and my husband had a watch each that needed a battery,one needed a strap and another one the clasp had broken. We had tried different jewellers who had failed to repair them saying they couldn't get the parts etc and then Sarah in Skelhorns said leave them with me. They've both come back like new watches. Both repaired and cleaned, couldn't be happier. Thank you

Excellent jewellers.I am very pleased and satisfied with an adjustment made to my silver bracelet to make it shorter. Silversmith on premises, with whom I could discuss my wishes, workshop on site, excellent workmanship, completed in 7 days at a very reasonable price.I cannot recommend more highly.
