“Honestly had a smooth experience with Lookers BMW Stoke thanks to Andy Cressell in the Approved Used section. I got a good 45 minutes test drive, the car had a whistling noise coming from the turbo and a few light scratches. I was told clearly about any issues beforehand, which I really appreciated, and they were fixed A1 before delivery. The application process was done in 1 day so there was absolutely no hassle. I’ve been driving the car for almost a month now, and it’s great so far so thumbs up 5 Stars‼️”
