Called in here on Thursday to get some balloons for my Granddaughters 1st Birthday. While waiting I couldn't help but notice the exceptional, polite and cheerful service of the staff here, especially the young man with long hair who served me. So nice to go into a shop and see staff who thoroughly enjoy what they do, and the people they do it for. We'll done!! And thank you ??

The items in the shop itself are brilliant it's the size of the shop which is disappointing, we can't even get a pram down the aisle which means the choice is not to go in or leave the baby by the front door unoccupied by yourself. A bigger shops is needed to make this store 5 star

Good experience but good do better in the range of cards they offer cause I was looking for a birthday card with 42 on and couldn't find one at this shop but the staff are helpful and friendly
