Bought a z5flip went to curry's to port things over as old phone was Huawei advisor charged 20 pound to portHe couldn't use cable to cable as didn't workHe said go away for an hour so I left both phones with pass code went back an hour later inconvenienceWent back an hour later he wasn't there but left phones with someone else took phones home couldn't get into any apps and had to reset everythingVery stressed and husband said what has he done I don't actually know I will be going back to curry's as now using 2 phones because can't access apps on new ohone1word dire

Paid extra for an early delivery,gave the store Two contact numbers,got a call as I was driving,( no hands free) phoned back 15 min later,no answer.Had left a note on my door to leave in the garage if no-one was in, obviously couldn't be bothered,easy Access and on a smooth flat floor.WILL NOT BE USING CURRYS EVER AGAIN. I work in the delivery sector,I know how difficult it is,but this isn't good enough.

Great place to actually go and look at electrical items, and speak to people who can give you advice. Large store, lots to browse around and enjoy. The fridge / freezer selection was just huge, everything you?d probably need was there. Tried on a few headphones, made a selection, and ordered online from Curry?s. Free parking.

The worst customer service I have seen for a long time got there to veiw some TV hardly any TV switched on when we asked for help the assistant hadn't got aClue how to get TV up and working I asked for another assistant to help and she just walked off not happy went to another shop which sold TV and brought one there

Visited Currys on the 1st may to purchase an electric scooter and was hoping to take one home the same day. The first one we looked at wasn't in stock so we ended up having the one on display which we didn't mind. We then waited 20 mins whilst they tried to dismantle it but couldn't. In the end we ended up purchasing another one that also wasn't in stock but this time having to order it in. We were told it should take a couple of days and that they would email us. That was over a week ago and still haven't heard anything. Really disappointing.

Great retail layout and products. But always find it difficult to get help on the floor when we're there. Asked a staff member for help to purchase a laptop (we had already chosen it so other would have been a quick sale). He asked us to wait while he continued replacing labels on some display items. We found help elsewhere after 5 minutes of waiting. 10 minutes later when we'd concluded our sale, he cMe along and pronounced himself ready to serve us. Odd

Excellent service, very happy with my purchase. The service guy knew what he was talking about and was extremely helpful, didn't push a dearer sale but focused on the spec that I needed.

A fair sized electronics store situated in a highly accessible shopping area, with plenty of parking available on site along with food outlets nearby making it great for a day out shopping!The staff were very friendly and supportive when trying to purchase a laptop, would recommend!

We bought a TV in this store and a month later a black dot appeared on the screen, we don?t know why (then they took it to the store to be repaired, but they returned the TV to us and did nothing (We were told that you damaged the TV, but in fact we did nothing. There is no TV for another 2 months of use and the TV is no longer working and despite the warranty on the TV is still valid, they did nothing, did not help us. I do not recommend this store to anyone

Easily accessible. Good parking. Well set out. plenty of room to walk round. Easy to view products. Staff were okay but I didn't feel valued at all. Got the product I wanted but I won't rush back.

Steve was really brilliant looking after my parents. They needed a new cooker, and he was very helpful, courteous and knowledgeable.They have had to wait several days for delivery, but when it arrives, it will be installed and the old one disposed of. Great service, thank you.
