“You go in for 1 item and come out with 10. The store has its staple items, then seasonal items, then new ones that sometimes do not return and always sale items. Great sales and an app to check for further sales. Store always stocked staff very helpful and the store is clean with big isles.”

“Excellent on having everything you need , of which I give 5 Stars. But they get busy , yet there is always 1 person on a till with about 5 Trolley's waiting to get Served . It isn't until you ask if someone is coming on a till, that eventually another Staff Member will attend the Tills. This puts alot of Customers off ,of which they say I will go Tunstall next time. This is the only thing that lets the Store down.”

“Amazing, I've tried lots of foods from there!Fantastic foods and I've just loved shopping there lately, best if you use it as your local shop!There's foods from there that have lately became my favourite! “We come in this place with my husband \\u0026 we brought a cooking book for my brother in law. The place is very clean \\u0026 tidy \\u0026 the staff' are very friendly \\u0026 helpful with people. “The shopping center has a lot good price product and discount. Includes grocery, pharmacy, shoes and cloths. But since it’s an outlets so some shirts are running out of size which is understandable. A good place for value. And saving money.”

“Just a typical homebargains. Always got a good range of products too, can't complain.It is always busy though, so there are often ques, which could be resolved by either more till staff, or self check outs.”

“Recent revamp makes the store appear a bit bigger than before but confusing for old used to customers. Decent parking for about 20 cars including disabled and child parking which is a plus along with ramp access.”

“Great shopping as usual in £land. Check your prices though before adding to your trolley. Everything is not £1. Still value for money though. One member of staff was rude to myself and another customer this time because there wasn't a price on the item of clothing we wanted to purchase and told us to go and get one with a price as she couldn't leave the till area we both had the last item though and she couldn't be bothered to type the code in off the item so we had to wait. Also there was supposed to be 10% knocked off my item and we asked someone to do this and she just scanned the label that was on the item and didn't knock it off.”

“Went to The WORKS shop freeport Talke today. The manager . Noted his badge as Kevin was the most helpful and had working I've seen and I often go to many of the stores. Not yo sat that the staff in the other stores aren't.. They have always been so helpful and polite. Kevin though went the extra mile.. He sorted problems out for both me and my friend regarding gift vouchers and couldn't have been better. He served customers faster than I've ever seen and even though we put Jim under pressure hrcwa helpful and polite throughout whilst also training another member of staff. Top man. I will certainly return to this great store Well done Kevin”

“Friendly staff but just as we went to pay for our stuff a member of staff dropped a bottle of wine so the only 2 members of staff were cleaning that up. Sunday afternoon at 3pm it was empty with no other customers”

“good place good price however never by phone chargers or plugs from there or anything electronic because they are fake and they melt and they can cause house fires”
