Went down formula one to have a spring put on a shock. To then later return to be told my spring is wrong, and my strut is bust. Yet took straight to another garage put the spring straight on the strut and also checked the strut over to find nothing wrong with it, and oh yes it was the right spring aswel. Clearly stay away...

Used the Hanley (Stoke) branch. Ordered online 2 tyres and had to return twice, as they had received the incorrect tyres. I had to chase for updates and even then it wasn't sorted the following week.In the end it was resolved and they fitted an equivalent brand and type of tyres that they had in stock.
