Fantastic service and very helpful and friendly staff. Far better than one of their competitors over the road! They went out of their way to ensure we got everything we needed. Cant believe some of the negative posts.

I find the staff there to be always competent, friendly and helpful. Now with the lockdowns, of course things take a bit longer but still, they do the best they can. I bank there since years and also have other accounts at a different bank so am able to compare. I couldn't fault this Halifax branch. If I were picky, I would perhaps suggest they change their dated self service terminals (for paying in cheques and cash) as there are better solutions i.e. the ones Barclays use but then again, that's not their fault.

I opened an account, and I have a email to tell me to go to the branch to upload my ID. Unfortunately, I turned up to the branch with my little baby in the bad weather to ask the girl to help me to upload my ID otherwise they close my account. The girl told me to call online to upload my ID as they will not do it in their branch. So I had to call the number to upload my ID (as the girl in Hanley beach told me to do), then the man from online told me to go to the branch to upload my ID, they can not do it from phone!! So I have to go back to the brach with my little baby in this bad weather again just only for uploading my ID (I have uploaded ID online already, but I don't understand why they need me to upload it again)??????\\nVery bad service

Shocking customer service and the manager Leesa Hulme should not be aloud to work anywhere there is people ! Iâ??ve banked with them for over 20 years what was I thinking ð??? please guys find somewhere else to bank !! This is just my opinion on how Iâ??ve been treated !

Very bad customers services. I went hanley branch this afternoon and the lady said come back after 30 minutes or wait here 30 minutes in the bank. I come back in 30 minutes and wait in bank 20 minutes extra but the lady keep talking about her hair style and colours to her friend. After one hour wait I ask her when you are can help me. And she's speak very rudely.

I'm very happy with Halifax Bank they are best. Also I was has fraud problem Andi was called my bank And I was speak with one Advisor Joan, that lady is help me get out for only 10 min, only I can say is Big Thank you Joan, and I will recommend this Bank all ð???
