“Brilliant you don't have to wander about looking for what you are after, you just walk upto the counter and ask a member of staff they then check to see if its in stock and they go and get it for you, of course you can also look online order what you want then go and get it or have it delivered also there's the catalogue you can look through then you have the same choices fetch it or have it delivered any one of those can save you a lot of time and its not expensive either.”

“Very willing to help with staff that are happy to go above and beyond. You get lucky or unlucky with the assistant who serves you though. Some of them are great but a few just don't want to be there and it makes life difficult. They are open quite early but also close early compared with similar tool shops, etc which can make it difficult to rely on FWB. They have plenty of space to park even very large vehicles.”
