Brilliant prices on electrical goods, cleaning products, homeware, difficult to beat.Went to the Burslem store 23/12/23, very quiet, shelves well stocked, great prices as usual.

Got some real bargains, end of summer season items. This happens often as they don't have a big storage warehouse on site(according to a staff member)

Quite small for a home bargains and the carpark entrance is tight if somebody is entering at the same time.

Excellent on having everything you need , of which I give 5 Stars. But they get busy , yet there is always 1 person on a till with about 5 Trolley's waiting to get Served . It isn't until you ask if someone is coming on a till, that eventually another Staff Member will attend the Tills. This puts alot of Customers off ,of which they say I will go Tunstall next time. This is the only thing that lets the Store down.
