“Went today and Hannah was running the store by herself yet she remained composed, professional and super friendly. My little girl had her ears pieced and Hannah was brilliant at explaining the process to myself and the little one. Put both of us at ease and depite having to serve what seemed like 100 customers plus answer the phone she pierced my little girls ears quickly and effortlessly. The store was clean and safe with great coving measures in. 100% recommend going here.”

“I normally use Goldsmiths but the watch my son wanted was only available at H. Samuel and I'm glad it was. Ashley spent time with my son and was very knowledgeable about your products, he walked away knowing exactly what he wanted after weeks of deliberation. Once ordered online there was a problem with my order and wouldn't be ready until the Monday when it was needed on the Sunday. After a promise of a call back Amanda promptly sorted the problem out and called me back to let me know the watch was ready. Excellent customer service from both members of staff and H. Samuel, Hanley will now be my first store I look at for my jewellery needs.”
