Charged for urine sample bottles that I'd always understood were not chargeable items. Also not helpful for advice about symptoms which out of hours would ease pressure on other health services. Will avoid if possible in future.

Booked a health check for £25 ..i travelled 8 miles ..had the morning off work to be told they cannot do it..offered me no alternate appointment..just left me standing there ..if there was a Minus star I would give that ..its ..zeri customer service avpid

I have been using this chemist for a number of years and would highly recommend it. It is not my closest chemist but I wouldn't go anywhere else. All the staff here are brilliant. They are friendly, helpful and courteous. Always given me good advice if I've needed it. Thank you everyone
