I?ve been to Lloyds bank many times. In my opinion they are very patience in explaining and sorting out my issues. I?ve seen few bad reviews, was having double minded whether to go there or not. But now I think they are taking utmost care to their customers. Please do continue the same.

Don't know what jon b is talking about as I found the staff very helpful and polite. I think job b was the problem not the banks employees. Some people you just can't reach.

Just to say, Lloyd's bank Longton, its not OK to abuse an autistic person with mental health issues just because they don't understand what you are saying!Extremely rude! I was advised to speak to a person about our finances, I did not initiate the call, I spoke with someone on an unrelated issue, they suggested this free service, which could help with organizing my finances. Again, I reiterate, I am autistic.. This particular staff member was extremely rude from the start of the conversation. Her advice to me was,such ' unless you stop shopping at Waitrose, and stop buying things from Amazon we can't help you' firstly it is a misconception that Waitrose is more expensive, secondly who has the right to tell anyone where to shop! Very poor!!

Bad experience.Staff don?t working. Don?t give enough information. to be honest I am not happy with staff. Very disappointed and they don?t give enough time to speak or trying help. Is just they are very lazy staff that never want work.

long queue again but on my 4th attempt to go in and verify ID I waited 15mins. Cashier tried every obstacle to help and it was obvious.

Been in the Longton Lloyd's bank twice now to have money transferred and both times I was told there was a problem. So I went to the Newcastle-under-Lyme branch on both occasions and had no problems at all with transactions sorted out efficiently and they were very helpful. In hindsight the Longton branch seem to have a can't be bothered attitude!

I needed to pay some cash into my account so after confirming the opening hours online for Lloyd?s in the Strand at Longton, I made the journey only to discover on arrival it was closed. I find this very disappointing. Having been a customer for 40years I expect better. This is yet another example of poor service

The team here are brilliant ,they are always happy to help, Imogen the branch manager always offers great advice,she is freindly and recognises both my husband and myself when we call the branch ,always has the time to say hello ,great service thankyou
