Seems to be very hit and miss. When they get it right it's exactly what you'd expect, but there's too many instances of missing or incorrect food to recommend this one.

It's a mcdonnalds they are all the same. It's all slow. Prioritise delivery over eat-in customers and cold food that must sit on a counter for 5 mins before it's given to the customer arms length away from you.

McDonald's has become very expensive and the size of the baps seems to have shrunk in my opinion. Wendy who came to the table was fantastic, the restaurant was quiet and clean. To be honest next time I fancy breakfast out I will go to Toby. All you can eat for 2 is not much more and better value. Time to walk

Coffee is inconsistent- had a flat white, tasted more like milk!When leaving, there was a local homeless drug user, stood on the pedestrian crossing with a full meal in his hand, absolutely off his head dancing. We couldn't get past and it scared the kids! The mcdonalds staff were looking out of the window so could clearly see what was going on, and nobody did a thing about it.Obviously, don't expect anybody to put themselves at risk, but time and time again it's no different! The last time we went for breakfast, that same guy was sat talking loudly to himself eating what can only be assumed as a free breakfast. Not sure if there's efforts to keep him sweet and look after hik, but the guy is absolutely nuts and has attacked people locally, very dirty, always wrapped in a duvet! Feel for the guy, but to stand back and allow such behaviour to intimidate your customers isn't a smart business move.

Clean McDonald's, convenient car park but very small. Basically everything is convenient. When there is a small traffic you have to wait for a very long time. The staff is sometimes a bit unresponsive, but this is the problem of all McDonald's in England.

I don't usually write negative reviews for a place.. but management needs to seriously review their process here. All the staff were in the back, and of the 4 digital kiosks only one was working, all the orders (around 10) had moved from "preparing" to "collect". I had to call for someone from over the counter to take my order... Then 10 minutes later I had to stop one of the staff to have a look where my order was. Then when I eventually got my order and got to my car.... The double cheeseburger was cold, the hot apple pie was just passably warm and the coke zero was flat....hope you have a better service than I did

Ordered food to eat in. When we recieved it, it was Luke warm. My husband told them straight away that it wasn't warm. A member of their team, called Lisa, was absolutely lovely & quickly amended the problem & replaced the burger & chips with very nice hot ones. She was so polite & kind.

Staff seemed really miserable, no smiles and no conversation from them. Took tray back to put my drinks carton and cardboard wrappers in the bin, female worker just took it off me with a glum face, and despite saying thank you, she said nothing in reply. Didn't feel welcome at

There's nothing wrong with the food but ordering from the hatch inside can be a lengthy job because you always have to wait until they bring food out before someone sees you. I've never had a meal that's been hot from there yet and it seems normal for them to get the order wrong even though you told them in person what you want. In fairness the wait for them to do the food isn't too bad and the place always looks clean.Parking: Only 2 disabled spacesWheelchair accessibility: Wheelchair access is not too bad apart from the first door is opposite side to the second

I thought I'd try the new philly cheese stack. I then Waited for over half an hour for my order which was #33,I enquired why it was taking so long and they went and checked but were still serving up to #45 by this time. There was a lot of loud annoying shouting coming from the kitchen.I think the fact that the serving counter is not in front of the kitchen but off to the side doesn't help, the staff can't be seen so seem to be much more less accountable.After eventually getting my burger, I have to say it was quite disappointing, it looked absolutely nothing like the advertised picture and it was also a lot smaller that it looked in the ad.I should've stuck with a wrap.

From paying through the drive through to actually getting our food took 28 minutes! Then we were missing chips from the order. I know it?s not advertised as fast food anymore but 28 minutes for a cheeseburger is astonishing when they don?t even bring the chips to go with it!Seems like there?s a lack of organisation or communication at this one

Usually pretty good, but on this occasion, I got my drinks order mixed up, staff complained the previous customers' drinks order was incorrect, and after parking up, I realised my chips for my meals were not included. The manager was very helpful whilst it was busy. High rating as usually prettu good.

Ordered via the app at 9:05pm, still waiting for it at 10:35pm! Wait time was half an hour when we ordered. Delivery time just kept going up and up every time we checked. Called Uber, they blamed McDs? Called McD?s, they blamed Uber? None of them wanted to accept responsibility and were no help at all when it came to resolving the situation or explaining it. Wasn?t a small order either! Won?t bother again.
