Great experience here. Served straight away by really helpful, knowledgeable staff. Did several things while we were there with separate accounts and both Michelle and Louise where very accommodating. So easy! Thank you.

Terrible service. Waiting in line for half an hour whilst the staff be chatting away and laughing with the customers. Why do they not employ more staff. So annoying.

How does opening 10am-3pm Monday to Friday, help the working population! No longer open weekends! Its not good enough, in the process of buying a house and can't transfer money!

If you need the counter service, please plan ahead and give yourself 45 minutes. If you are able to use the self service you should be OK. If you have a general query I would usually suggest ringing the 0345 number rather than queing. The phones are useless, you can't get to speak to a person, and then cut off after waiting more than 20 minutes.\\nThe staff are very friendly, hence the 2 stars rather than a 1. I feel really sorry for them, its not their fault. The Nat West decision makers in their high castles couldn't give a rats ....!

We had to move over to Natwest when RBS Hanley shut in August. All I can say is thank goodness we don't have to pay a lot of cheques in now, as when we do have to go it is often a 30 - 45 minute wait - long queues, no staff (maybe one or two maximum). With branches closing down (Hanley RBS, Tunstall, Burslem, Kidsgrove Natwest) you would think that at least a few of the staff might be transferred over but it seems that running it on a shoestring is prompting people to do online banking and then they say the banks are closing because everyone is doing online banking! Sometimes you need to talk to someone about a problem but its a case of setting aside an hour so that you can eventually see someone!
